Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the hampers? Each hamper includes enough food for a family of four for about three to four days.
What if I have special dietary requirements? No worries… we will happily tailor any of the hampers to your exact needs. Simply let us know what you can and can’t eat and we’ll substitute the relevant items.
Are the hampers bought fresh? Absolutely! We only go shopping once an order has been placed so the groceries you receive are completely fresh.
What is the turnaround time for a hamper delivery? Your fresh produce and groceries will be delivered within several hours of placing your order. Of course, orders placed prior to your arrival at your accommodation house will be delivered at the specified time and date.
Can you do a Dinner Hamper? If you would like to cook and eat in, let us know and we’ll deliver a BBQ or cook-yourself-dinner hamper to your apartment.
What am I paying for? The cost of the fresh product and groceries plus a small delivery fee of between $15 - $30 depending on seasonality and location of your accommodation. (A discount applies if more than one hamper is ordered).
How do I receive the hamper? Sue or Larissa will personally deliver the hamper(s) of your choice to your apartment within several hours of placing the order and will even unpack and put the cold items in the fridge for you.
How do I pay for the hamper? To make it easy for you we accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card – MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard.
I am already in Hervey Bay, can I still place an order? Absolutely! Simply give us a call, place your order and we'll get it to you as soon as possible.
